Dinagyang Fever is on. This time heating up the skies. The night brighten up with a dazzling display of lights during the first day of the Luces in the Sky. Now on its nth year, it is a highly anticipated event where thousands of ilonggos go out to watch. Here are a few of the shots I've taken:
